How long does a repair take?
A screen or battery is usually done within the hour. For rare models I have to order the part first — you hear that right away with the quote, so you are not left waiting for nothing.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, three months warranty on every repair. If something goes wrong within that time with the part I replaced, I sort it out. The warranty covers the repair itself, not fresh damage such as a drop.
Will I lose my photos and data?
No. Replacing a screen or battery leaves the storage untouched — your photos, apps and messages stay put. Still, make a backup to be safe; that is sensible before any repair.
What will it cost?
That depends on your model and which part needs replacing. You hear the price beforehand, and I only get to work once you agree.
